Diet for Weight loss

Use high fiber content.
Avoid eating of fats and carbohydrate.
Use more green and leafy vegetables
Walk in the morning sunlight
Chew ginger or make ginger tea.
Drink water 2-3 Ltr.
Avoid Spicy and fast foods
